Preparation of this accessibility statement

This statement was prepared on 23rd April 2024. It was last reviewed on 23rd April 2024. This service was last tested in March 2024. The test was carried out internally by the Apply for Services quality assurance engineers.

Testing was carried out using a combination of automated and manual testing, including assistive technologies.

We used a sampling approach, selecting pages which were visually or operationally different to one another. The sample was chosen to cover as many different components and design patterns as possible.

The pages tested were:

  • Find out if you may be eligible for New Style Job Seekers Allowance
  • Confirm the claim start date
  • About you
  • What is your phone number?
  • When was the jury service?
  • Is this paid or voluntary?
  • How often are you paid?
  • Why did this job end?
  • How often is your pension or annuity paid?
  • What is the address of your pension or annuity provider?
  • What was the name of your course or training programme?
  • How many hours a week do you attend education or training?
  • Your bank details
  • Declaration
  • Application complete
